I'm Brooklynn T., the breeder behind Arctic Star Pomskies located in Wausau, WI. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and BREED STANDARD loyal companions.

    Our puppies include blue, black and white, chocolate, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Brooklynn

Brooklynn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Brooklynn partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Wow, where to start about a review of Brooklyn as a breeder. She did such an incredible job at keeping me informed, being helpful and caring for our puppy. From the very beginning, she sent a questionnaire about what our lives were like and what kind of pomsky we were looking to have. This is to ensure that we get the right dog for each family and she definitely gave us the perfect dog for our family. Jasmine was clearly treated with love and thought. She didn’t whine on the way home, indicating that she clearly was introduced to vehicles before. She has had absolutely no accidents and slept through the night from day one. She has a very sweet and loving personality, which shows that Brooklyn took great care to make sure that she was not put into any situations that would create fear. The transition has been flawless and I know that is because we chose such a great breeder.     We had such a wonderful experience with Brooklynn and Arctic Star Pomskies from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a Pomsky. From our very first conversation, Brooklynn was incredibly responsive, patient, honest, and transparent. I had A LOT of questions 😂 and she took the time to answer every one of them. She walked us through health and genetic testing, shared information about Raya’s parents, answered questions about her expected size and temperament, and helped us make sure she would be a good fit for our family and our other Pomsky. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. What stood out most was how obvious it was that Brooklynn genuinely loves and cares about her dogs and puppies. Raya was very special to her, and knowing how much thought she put into where she would go made us feel even better about choosing Arctic Star. She wanted to make sure Raya was going to the right home just as much as we wanted to make sure we were choosing the right puppy. Brooklynn was also incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. She worked with us on pickup arrangements, kept us updated, answered every random question I came up with, and has continued to be available even after we brought Raya home. Raya came home sweet, confident, curious, brave, affectionate, and ready to explore absolutely everything. She adjusted to our family and routine incredibly quickly and has been doing so well with her kennel and potty training. It was obvious from the beginning that she had been very well cared for, socialized, and loved before she ever came home with us. We already knew how much we loved Pomskies, but Raya has been the perfect addition to our family. Our older Pomsky was admittedly less than impressed about suddenly having a little sister 😂, but he’s warming up to her more every day, and she already seems to understand when he needs his space. The entire experience with Arctic Star felt personal rather than transactional. We couldn’t be happier with Raya or our experience with Brooklynn, and we’re incredibly grateful that she trusted our family with such a special little girl. 🩷🐾 Highly recommend Arctic Star Pomskies!

    I had an amazing experience getting my Pomsky from Brooklyn. She was responsive, friendly, and supportive from start to finish.     Brooklynn was very responsive and communicative from the start. The application process was thorough but fair. It gave us the confidence that we were working with a professional, caring breeder. Once we were approved, Brooklynn communicated that our Pomsky had one more veterinarian visit and she would be able to bring him to us that weekend, as she offered a no transport fee. Our new puppy has been a delight and has brightened our house. He is adapting well, playful as ever, and as sweet as could be! We could not be happier with our new little joy, the overall process, and the wonderful breeder who connected us.
