I'm Lora R., the breeder behind Arizona Dream Chihuahuas located in Mesa, AZ. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! Our hope is to prepare each of our puppies with thoughtful socialization so they have the best foundation to seamlessly transition into their new homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’m obsessed with chihuahuas and kept wanting one more! I love having them in my life and enjoy taking care of them.

  • What makes your program special?

    I breed chihuahuas from great lines. Healthy and super cute. All are very loved and spoiled in my home.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, merle, chocolate, cream, cream and white, black and white, chocolate and white, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lora

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Lora partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $7,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    I've had a week of absolute joy! Lora was quick to respond & a pleasure to meet. This was the first time I have purchased a puppy via a breeder. A great experience all around! All of her adult dogs are sweet. The puppies adorable too. Awesome temperaments!!! The fact she keeps them until 8 weeks of age, is a major plus! Puppies need that socializing & that's what they learn from their mom. I was given all my Nacho-Chiz' health records and food he was eating. I loved that Lora also sent a short video of his veteran visit! I like that Good Dog also sends so much information on care, training & available if I need help. My little man is 9 weeks now & his potty training has been smooth! We are now working on basic commands & he's doing great! He's a smart & fun boy!! Again, I attribute that to loving & wonder care from Lora! His well check, post coming home was excellent! She has beautiful dogs & no congenital issues related with the breed.     This was a great experience with Lora from the very start. The response I got from her was very fast and helpful. She answered all my questions since I had yorkies and decided I wanted to have a long haired chihuahua. He is so sweet and completely filled the void I had from losing my Yorkie 6 months ago. It was a wonderful experience when we went to pick him up she made us feel very comfortable in her home. His name was Onyx and is now Loke which means god of mischief and fire in Hawaiian and he is all of that. I will post a picture when I can get him too stay in one spot.
