I'm Ashley R., the breeder behind Ashley's Goldendoodles and Cavapoos located in Statesville, NC. We offer great dogs that are bred for good temperament and clear genetics. We love to provide people with dogs that become family. All our dogs are health checked and certified clear. We also provide a one year guarantee. Our dogs are our family and we want the puppies to be part of yours.

Why did you start breeding?
It started with an accidental litter. I talked to friends and family about adoption for the pups and it was suggested that we could sell them. We started small and have slowly grown our reputation as breeders. A lot of our customers are repeats or referrals and we try to stay in touch with them. We get updates on the dogs and check on their happiness and if there has been any issues.What makes your program special?
The fact that we actually care abut our dogs and their happiness. We don’t believe in cages and the birthing kennel is large and sanitary. The moms are not bread more than three times. After that they are retired. We never have more than one litter at a time. We also are very select on the males that they are bread with.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Goldendoodle puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cavapoo puppies include merle, black and white, apricot, chocolate, black and tan, black, and red. Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, red, chocolate, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
Getting a puppy from Ashley
Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Ashley partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“We try to understand what traits and activities the families have in mind. The puppies will start showing their personalities around 5 weeks. After an assessment we can recommend if a certain puppy will match. Some people like an active dog and others want a calm couch dog.”
Price
“The price includes, 1yr Health garantuee, first vet check etc. The deposit insures the right to the puppy when it is ready for its new home. A deposit can also hold your place on our waiting list as well.”
