I'm Krista F., the breeder behind Austin Doodle Ranch located in Travelers Rest, SC. We are a family-owned small breeder in the Upstate of South Carolina (close to Asheville, NC). With 4 kids + 2 dogs these pups will get lots of love! The goal we set and which I believe is still the most important, is to produce healthy puppies. We are breeders who do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life.
Q. & A. with Krista
Why did you start breeding?
We have a friend who is a breeder and another good friend who is a vet. We had the desire and property to create a wonderful small breeding business. And we love dogs!
What makes your program special?
We will only be breeding our two dogs, Ginger and Winnie. We integrate our puppies into our home and family, and they receive a lot of individual care and lots of exercise! We also give the Volhard Puppy Apptitude Test to our 7-week old pups. This helps us to match the right puppy personality to your family!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
