Meet the breeder

I'm Kim G., the breeder behind Autumn Breeze Dachshunds located in Clever, MO. My love of this breed is why I do what I do. Our dogs are bred to provide families with loving forever pets. Much Love, care, time and money are placed into each one of them assuring that when they go home to their new families they will be well adjusted and healthy.

Q. & A. with Kim

  • Why did you start breeding?

I am a Doxie lover. I grew up with large dogs and 3 children who were also animal lovers. It wasn't until my 3 children were grown that we adopted a long hair miniature Dachshund and absolutely fell in love. From that point on there has been no other breed. Once my children left home I turned the love of that breed into an extension of the family who are raised with much love & care inside our home.
  • What makes your program special?

I'm proud of our program. We pride ourselves in health and genetic testing our adults so we are able to provide quality pups to becoming part of your family. We treat each puppy owner as family. We advise on foods, treats, vaccine scheduling, and more. We are always here for the puppy owner providing a lifetime of support.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
