I'm Michelle S., the breeder behind AZ Ohana Doodles located in Phoenix, AZ. Our high-quality puppies are the result of extensive research and thorough care for our outstanding dogs and puppies. Our breeding program started with one small litter that turned into a fulfilling, lifelong passion! We believe there’s no greater joy than providing families with companions that share unconditional love no matter what.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Breeding has been heavy on my heart for 4 years prior to having my first litter. I started my journey learning and collecting information on how to be an ethical breeder. I have so much love to give and can’t wait to share them with my puppies, program and families.

  • What makes your program special?

    We are a family who loves raising & loving our mama’s and puppies🥰 All of our parents are health tested and produce some of the best temperaments!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I happened to stroll across Michelle’s page as a last resort effort to get my little girl a puppy in time for Christmas 2023. I had met with another breeder, who actually turned out to own the sire of our pup, not knowing about Michelle. While I loved that breeder, I just didn’t click with the pups they had available. Michelle was so accommodating and allowed me to come meet her last pup and it was love at first sight!! Our Adley was so loving and I knew she was going to be special for our family. Michelle did such an amazing job with creating the perfect pup. When we brought her home, she didn’t whine at night or in her crate, she only ever had two accidents in the house (she’ll be a year old 9/20) and she’s just such a smart loving dog. She’s so trainable and good/gentle/patient with our kiddo and all other children. She is the perfect fit for our family and we can’t thank Michelle enough.

    Michelle is the absolute best! We found her after getting scammed out of another puppy. She was very supportive and understanding.
