I'm Makenna H., the breeder behind AZ River Doodles located in Mesa, AZ. We are a dedicated home based program raising your puppies with the best care possible. Every puppy born in our home receives constant hands on socialization from people from day one. We strive to produce healthy puppies who are ready for their new home. Our petite golden doodles tend to be very playful and lovable. We want to make the adoption process simple and easy and provide support for any questions you may have even after the puppies have gone to their forever home. We can't wait to make one of our sweet puppies a part of your family.
Q. & A. with Makenna
Why did you start breeding?
We got our sweet puppy River 3 years ago and we originally weren't planning to breed her but after seeing the love our friends and family had for her we decided to go for it. We spent countless hours researching the best and most ethical way we could bring little puppies into this world. And couldn't be happier with the result.
What makes your program special?
What makes our breeding program special is that we aren't just one person doing this all on their own. We are 3 sisters who have a dog they love and enjoy and have watched every video, read every article, and are doing everything recommended to get these puppies home healthy and safe. We love these puppies and couldn't be more proud of River.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About River
River is our sweet 3 year old girl. She is so playful with children and very friendly with others dogs. She is very good at matching the energy in the room so when we are chilling on the couch she will also chill but if we are running around and playing she will also run around and play. We love River and know that she is the best momma to her babies!
