



I'm Tina N., the breeder behind Balmoral Border Collies located in Tehachapi, CA. Balmoral Border Collies is a small hobby kennel in California. We strive to breed healthy, well-tempered dogs for conformation as well as dogs who can exceed in sports. Our dogs are our family and are raised inside with us as part of our family. We compete in conformation, obedience & other sports.
