I'm Carrie B., the breeder behind Bass Creek Doodles located in Chino Valley, AZ. I offer top-quality Goldendoodle puppies for families who share the same love I do for these lovely companions. I am a small, home-based breeder that raises one litter at a time. I offer top-quality, loving puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always had dogs. I love working with them and seeing the positive effect that a well-behaved, furry companion can have on his or her family. My love for my dogs inspired me to share these amazing breeds with the world in a responsible way.

  • What makes your program special?

    My commitment is to provide you with a professional and friendly puppy-buying experience, and that includes always having responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming my puppies.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Carrie

Carrie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Carrie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1, von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Carrie was wonderful to work with! She clearly cares deeply about her puppies and takes amazing care of them. Communication was excellent—she responded quickly to all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. She was also very accommodating with the pickup. Our puppy came to us already nearly potty trained, and it was obvious she had been loved and well-socialized from birth.     Carrie at Bass Creek Doodles is such a loving and supportive breeder. We spoke on the phone many times during the adoption of Gemma “Sweetie Pie”. We felt an immediate connection with our puppy and with Carrie and Rick. They were sending updates and photos while we waited for our adoption day. We met in Nevada which was half way for us and Rick with our new baby girl. We received a wonderful gift basket with everything we needed for the first couple weeks.     We had a wonderful experience working with Carrie. It’s clear that she and her husband, Rick, truly care about their dogs, and their puppies are raised with so much love and attention. We are absolutely in love with our little Jack (aka Carrot Top). He came to us already familiar with potty pads and knowing basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” Carrie was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We chose our puppy early on, and she regularly sent photos and even arranged FaceTime calls so he could become familiar with our voices. Pickup was also seamless—since we live in California, they kindly met us halfway. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
