Meet the breeder

I'm Lisa F., the breeder behind Beaver Springs Puppies located in Rainier, OR. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others. We carefully chose the right combination of parents to produce happy, healthy, smart puppies. Some have a straighter wavy coat and some have a more curly coat. They will all be non-shedding coats. It is very important to us that they are will socialized so we make sure they get lots of time around people. They are held, exposed to different situations and noises, and given time to explore. We begin by training them to come to us and start them on potty training. We have many happy families who have been very pleased with the temperaments of our Goldendoodle puppies. They have been characterized as easy going, people loving and quick learning. Both of their parents have lived up to this description as well.

Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

We started to have friends and family ask about our dogs and tell us how much they loved them. We decided that we wanted to share the joy and companionship with others and so we started looking for the perfect mates. Our whole family loves raising puppies. My teens sit, snuggle and even read to the puppies daily.
  • What makes your program special?

We live on a farm with wide open space. The dogs get to play in the outdoors and then when they are tired come in and sleep at our feet. The puppies get exposed to other animals and are very well-rounded dogs. We also make a point to socialize them with people of all ages.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream, apricot, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Our 13-week-old puppy has already brought so much joy into our lives. We've had her for five weeks now, and she’s been impressively quick to pick up on her training—smart, eager, and full of personality. The experience was made even better by the breeder, Lisa, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, always happy to answer questions and offer guidance. It’s clear how much care and thought went into raising her, and we couldn’t be happier.

Lisa was great from the very beggining. She sent us pictures of the puppy almost on a weekly basis as we were close to pick him up. He is so energetic and from day one he knew where to go potty which make us think he already had some training very early on. We are blessed to have him and the vets praised him for being such a healthy and good puppy! We are excited for the upcoming years with our dear Aster!

Lisa was wonderful to work with, she always kept the line of communication opened and made the entire process from beginning to end extremely smooth. She had great insight as to what we could expect and even responded with a couple of my questions after we did our pickup. I highly recommend working with her and we couldn’t be more happy with our new puppy.

Lisa was wonderful to work with! She was responsive to our questions and provided accurate information. She kept us up to date on our puppy’s development and growth. She delivered to us a wonderful puppy, Kenzi, who has been a joyful addition to our family. She joined a family with three other dogs and has adjusted very well. We all love her!

Hi Lisa, Ollie traveled very well to California. He was nervous at his new home for a couple nights, but adjusted very quickly. He started participating in Puppy Social & Training class and he's been having so much fun hanging out with the other puppies! We've just signed for puppy manner group class starting in 2 weeks and so excited to see him learn. He's loving our two kitties, daily walks, and is in general such a quick learner. We are very happy with him. Thank you!
