I'm Emily B., the breeder behind Benoit Australian Shepherds located in Marysville, WA. We are a family breeder of AKC/ASCA Reg Australian Shepherds and AKC Reg Lancashire Heelers. Our dogs are happy, intelligent, part of our family! We take pride in raising & breeding healthy dogs that will be your furever friend! Our pups are all raised using the Puppy Culture, in our home raised with integrity, honor, & love.

Getting a puppy from Emily
Emily has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Oakley is one of my favorite girls, she is my right-hand man here on the farm. She has the best chill easy-going temperament. Oakley had a very short but successful show career, finishing her Championship and Grand Championship quickly and earning herself a huge Herding Group First along the way. She had multiple Best of Breed wins over some very well-known specials and even was featured on AKC TV in the Herding Group after winning the Breed at Woofstock in California. Oakley is happy to be done showing and be the best pet and raise her beautiful babies.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Full Embark Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

It’s clear she genuinely cares about her pups and puts a lot of thought into their well-being. All of the puppies were healthy and happy, and we could tell they were raised in a loving environment. Emily gave us the opportunity to meet the puppies in advance and even provided a toy with their scent to help introduce them to our kitties, which really helped with the transition. Our pup, Islay, was already introduced to various noises and experiences before we picked her up, and she has the best temperament. I would highly consider purchasing another Australian Shepherd from Emily in the future and absolutely recommend her to others.
