Q. & A. with Beverley
Why did you start breeding?
The love of the German Shepherd. It took me 7 years of working with some amazing breeders who passed on their knowledge and experiences in breeding as well taking several classes from the Karen Pryor Dog Training Academy. I wanted to educate my self in all aspects of breeding, early puppyhood and training before embarking on my dream of breeding these magnificent dogs.
What makes your program special?
I keep my puppies until they are a minimum of 12 weeks in age. Our program has been designed around the development of each puppy, from environmental stimulation, interactions with different age groups, cultures and animals. We have a great stimulating puppy play area with different puppy equipment for them to explore. Our puppy owners visit from the 6 week mark to start bonding with their puppy.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
