I'm Catherine E., the breeder behind Birinci Anatolians located in Albemarle County, VA. We love our dogs and what we do, and we strive to make each puppy a great contribution to his or her forever home. We care about the Anatolian Shepherd Dog breed and do everything in our power to mate sound dogs to ensure healthy and happy puppies. Our puppies’ health and wellbeing is our main priority.   • Why did you start breeding?

    Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. Our goal is to breed quality puppies and preserve the line of these incredible companions.
  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is special because of our dogs. Anatolians are such a joy, and we find so much fulfillment in raising and preparing them for their loving, forever homes. We are very dedicated to what we do and what we are trying to achieve as breeders. We work with passion, heart, and integrity, and we truly want what's best for the Anatolian Shepherd Dog line.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include between $800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
