It was clear to me from the start that Black Warrior Ranch is a superior breeder, and to say I had high expectations when choosing my breeder would be an understatement. I asked so many questions, and they had an answer for every last one of them. I was in almost daily communication with the owner and each interaction was truly a pleasure. At this point I consider Black warrior ranch family. Nothing but honesty, transparency, and awesome communication from the get go! The time, work, and love they put into these puppies is a gift, not only to my puppy but to me. The owner is extremely hands on, so much so that she sleeps with Mama and Pups for the first two weeks of their life! It’s very evident they are not in this for the money, which is a quality that’s hard to come by. I went back and forth between two pups in the liter and she would send me pictures and videos at least 3 times a week to help me with my decision as well as tell me about their personalities. I FaceTimed with her several times and each phone call was very thorough. She made sure that my puppy was not only the right fit for me but also that I’d be the right home for him too. Naturally, I just wanted the perfect puppy for my new best friend, and 6 weeks into having him I’m absolutely certain that’s what I got.

The entire process of working with Black Warrior Ranch was so personable. Maureen was great with communicating with us! After speaking with her, I could just feel how much she loves these dogs it made me feel great about choosing a puppy from BWR. I cannot emphasize enough how much care they put into raising these puppies and ensuring the quality of their health. We love our girl, and we’re extremely pleased with this our experience.
