Blackberry Creek Basset Hounds

This was my first time searching for a puppy through Good Dog, I ended up with a real gem with my little pup Poppy a female Basset Hound. Blackberry Creek Basset Hounds happen to have a litter available that fir my timeline. This is where my connection with Miguel Angel and his amazing family began. Initial contact with Miguel was a couple days after birth of the litter, he answered my questions and put me on his list, waiting until a couple weeks for puppies to grow and confirm the litter was nice and healthy. From that point on the entire time they cared for Poppy they would check in with videos or pictures sharing the puppies development of the eight weeks. What I appreciated was days before originally planning to pick up Poppy part of the litter appeared a bit sick after the vet visit, he put the puppies health above everything else and kept them a few extra days until after Vet gave clean bill of health which he shared. I also appreciated that Poppy had already been microchipped taking on more to do thing off the list. During pickup the family greeted me, and reviewed all Poppy's records. I was given a going home kit which included a dress diaper for Poppy, which really came in handy on the way home. Poppy's personality shows she was a well cared for puppy as she loves interacting with almost anyone she meets. I am glad that I came across Blackberry Creek Basset Hounds and highly recommend anyone looking for a puppy in the future.

Blackberry Creek Basset Hounds, we are very fortunate to have your family as the breeder for our boy, Salt/Hank. He doesn’t mind touching, nail clipping, strangers. Sounds do not bother him, he is just curious about what it is. Thank you all for your care in raising the litter so well.
