Melanie was easy to work with, and answered all the questions I had both: 1) prior to placing a deposit, and 2) while we were waiting for the pickup date to approach. I picked up Hali (our pup) from Melanie's residence and pickup went smoothly. Hali is now 10 weeks and is GREAT! She's affectionate and playful, and is progressing well with basic training and commands. She had her first vet appointment and no issues were identified, aside from the vet techs wanting to show her off to everybody else in the clinic because she is a fluffy baby bear. Payment through GoodDog was super straightforward.

I had a wonderful experience working with Melanie! From the moment I reached out, she was so responsive and supportive. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. My new puppy, Dakota, is healthy, happy, and has adjusted so well into my home. I highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a responsible and caring breeder for Bernese Mountain dogs!!
