Q. & A. with Craig & Tara
Why did you start breeding?
We searched for almost a year for our solid Black male, Odin, then had to go to Virginia to get him. We found it very difficult to find an AKC registered GSD with parents that were heath tested and hips cleared throught the OFA and with in our price range, that is when we decided to start breeding. We want other families to be able to find healthy, affordable, GSD that come from loving homes.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home with us, not in a kennel. They will be treated like out own unill they find thier new homes. all puppies will be introduced to crates along with potty training before going home. We do ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) from day 3 to day 16. We socialize them with young children, other fully vaccinated other dogs (of ours)cats, and a variety of noises.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have stock coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
