I'm Blenda R., the breeder behind Blenda's Chihuahuas located in Florida. We're new breeders starting a small program. We hope to help provide families with quality puppies as we continue to learn & grow! We are a small enough program that we are able to thoroughly focus on each individual dog and puppy and their needs. We take pride in the time and dedication we give to every litter.
