“. Deposits • A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter if needed. 2. Health Guarantee • All puppies come with a one-year health guarantee against hereditary conditions identifiable through genetic testing. • Puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and come with a health certificate and vet report. • Each puppy is covered with 30 days of free Trupanion insurance. • The buyer must activate the Trupanion policy within 24 hours of receiving their puppy for the health guarantee to remain valid. 3. Veterinary Care • Puppies will be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before leaving. • Blessed Bassets is not responsible for any veterinary expenses once the puppy has gone to its new home. 4. Spay/Neuter Requirement • Puppies sold as pets must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. • Failure to provide proof of spay/neuter may result in the buyer being charged the breeding rights price ($4,000). 5. Pickup & Transportation • Puppies must be picked up in person unless prior arrangements are made. • Ground or flight nanny transport may be available at the buyer’s expense. 6. Right of Refusal • Blessed Bassets reserves the right to refuse sale if we feel a home is not the right fit for one of our puppies.”
