  • Why did you start breeding?

    After showing dogs and seeing how poor the conformation was of a lot of the dogs being breed out there, I wanted to produce better conformation and temperament dogs for people.

  • What makes your program special?

    I not only breed for conformation and temperament. I make sure all my puppies are raised and handled with children. Around other animals and other noises and experiences so the are not aggressive or shy.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Sheepadoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Sheepadoodle puppies include gray and white, gray, fawn and white, blue merle and white, blue merle, brown and white, blue gray and white, blue gray, blue and white, blue, black and white, and black. Old English Sheepdog puppies include blue gray, blue and white, blue, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Amy was amazing to work with. From the moment we first connected, she answered all of my questions & had an incredible amount of knowledge about the breed (Sheepadoodle) that I was looking for. This was my first experience looking for a puppy and working first hand with a breeder. So as you can imagine, I was a little leary of possibly getting scammed. Amy made me feel totally at ease & was able to take a tremendous amount of stress off of my shoulders throughout this whole process. She provided answers to any & all of my questions. I even asked her if I could be provided with the names & numbers of former buyers. This way I could be put in contact with them in order to hear all about their past experiences working with Amy. They all happily obliged! I was texted, sent emails, and also personally talked to several people who have all dealt with, and purchased a puppy off of Amy in the past. Throughout this whole process, Amy constantly sent me updated pictures and kept me updated on any new progress that my puppy was making. She even went out of her way to set up FaceTime meetings with me so I was able to look in on my puppy from afar. Amy also made my experience easier by driving almost 3 hours to meet up with me at a halfway point, in order to make the exchange of my new puppy from her vehicle to my car. If you’re ever in the market for a breeder for a new puppy, I would 100% endorse the services of Amy Kalgren. She’s not looking to make money, she’s a caregiver of all kinds of animals & truly loves what she does!
