I'm Amy T., the breeder behind Cache Valley Bassets located in Logan, UT. We are proud to offer our beautiful puppies to loving homes! Our dogs are healthy, affectionate, and have great temperaments. Our dogs are members of our family and are right by our side for daily life. Our experience with them inspired us to share their affectionate personalities with other loving families!

Why did you start breeding?
I have been a breeder for about 13 years. I have always loved animals, I had studied and memorized all dog breeds by age 10. We love having and raising puppies in our home and making sure they go to good, loving forever homes. We do not breed often so when we have a litter they are very well cared for and always cuddled and loved.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is full of love, we start training our puppies from the time they are a week old. All our puppies are loving and cuddly and get off to a great start on potty training.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black brown and white, black and white, and black and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Amy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Amy partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“I need to get to know the family and home our puppies are going to, so we ask a lot of questions. If I do not feel someone will be a good fit I won’t offer a puppy. ”
Price
“This price includes a healthy well started puppy. First set of vaccines and dewormer, and a puppy starter kit. All deposits are $250 non-refundable to ensure buyers are serious and in the event someone backs out it can take time for a puppy to find another family.”

About Sausage
Sausage is definitely one of a kind. He joined our family at an older age and was not socialized. He slowly realized things aren’t are scary as they seem, even though he has his moments of doubt. He has the sweetest temperament and is friendly to all! He loves to cuddle and poke with his nose to show his love. As Bassets can be he is hilarious and a joy to be around.
