Callie was/is phenomenal to work with. After losing our precious little dog of 17 years, we were ready to get another Chihuahua and Callie couldn't have been better to work with. Buying online vs. in person was a first for us and we were very cautious. Callie was quick to respond to any inquiries and questions and exceeded our expectations with keeping us posted on our new puppy's progress and any updates. After choosing a puppy, Callie sent so many pictures and videos of our new girl as she was growing, interacting with her siblings and getting ready to meet us. When it came time for pick-up, Callie met us, went over all care instructions, vet updates and had the sweetest little care package for our new puppy with a blanket, treats, some toys, etc. We could tell it was tough for Callie to say goodbye - she cares SO much for these special puppies. It's been 3 months since we picked up our puppy, and we've stayed in touch with Callie to give her updates on how things are going. Our little puppy (Wicket) has THE perfect temperament and personality and has been exactly what we needed. Wicket adjusted to her new home with us so quickly and within just a few days, it felt like she was already in her little routine. Wicket came from a litter of parents Ash and Mocha. She's socializing well with other people and dogs of all sizes and potty trained quickly also. If you choose to get a new puppy from Callie, you won't be disappointed with the experience. We felt like we were right there waiting for the day we could bring her home even though we were several states away.
