I'm Lisa W., the breeder behind Cam’s Country Bassets located in Hamilton, IN. When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white, mahogany and white, lemon and white, blue tan and white, and black brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Lisa
Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $950 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Puppies parents are dna tested & clear. Meet halfway at no charge up to 4 hours away. Have a puppy contract for owners with a 1 year life threatening congenital defects health guarantee. Do prescreen interviews.”

Primary Open Angle Glaucoma, Basset Hound Type, Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Disease, X-Linked, Basset Hound Type (XSCID), DNA Disease Panel, Thrombopathia, Basset Hound Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
