I'm Diane S., the breeder behind Cavakennels.pnw located in Ferndale, WA. We are a PNW small family breeder of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Cavapoos. How did it all start? We were looking for a dog for our kids to have and fell in love with the Cavapoo breed. They are smart, not big, and hypo-allergenic. After no success of finding one locally we decided to do a lot of researching and got ourselves beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and a Minnie Poodle to produce Cavapoos. Now we have the whole family involved, including the kiddos. Our dogs have become part of our lives-literally from when we (or the dogs) wake up to when we go to bed. It's a labor of love.

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding because we got scammed while trying to find a companion dog for our son. We couldn't find a cavapoo and upon researching we found our mom and dad. We had to travel to two different states in order to find the right parents.
What makes your program special?
We are unique in the fact that we are only limited to one parent and one mom dog. Our puppies and parents stay on site 24/7. Puppies get plenty of socialization and early training.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Lucy has beautiful dog hair and takes care of herself to keep clean. She's a little shy at first but once she gets to know you, you'll become her friend. Lucy hardly barks and loves children. When she sees Kingston being petted, she immediately runs up to receive your love. Health Tests, here parents are AKC registered.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
