I'm Rachel A., the breeder behind Cedar River Kennel located in Antigo, WI. We have been breeding Doodles and a few other breeds such as Labs and Shishpoos for over 10 years. All of our pups are raised around other dogs, cats, and kids! Some of our previous puppies have gone to be service dogs and even search dogs. When finding homes for all of our litters we carefully pick who we believe will be the right fit for that individual pup.
Q. & A. with Rachel
Why did you start breeding?
I did business with a bad breeder a long time ago and my dog died because of the lack of care to the quality of the pet. After that terrible experience, I was dedicated to becoming a good breeder.
What makes your program special?
We guarantee our dogs and provide breeder support for the life of the dog.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
