I'm Celia M., the breeder behind Celia's Sheepadoodles located in Candler, NC. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We work hard to breed the best dogs possible using good bloodlines and health-tested dogs. We follow all appropriate steps to raising well-socialized puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have loved dogs my entire life and been fortunate enough to live on a small farm. We raised Great Pyrenees for several years, and then Newfoundlands. A close friend was raising doodles and introduced me to sheepadoodles and she mentored me in my first litter in 2021. Trudy will be retired after this current litter. It remains to be seen if I purchase another female. She is perfection and I can't imagine finding another of her quality.

  • What makes your program special?

    I am not at mill, nor am I a simple back yard breeder. I genuinely love my dogs and puppies and simply want to provide an outstanding puppy to the new owners. These babies are family to me and I make sure they are going to great homes that too will provide a wonderful life for the puppies.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
