Meet the breeder

I'm Rebecca C., the breeder behind Chambers Doodle Patch located in Arlington, TX. From the very beginning, our puppies are nurtured in a warm, family environment where they’re introduced to everyday sights, sounds, and experiences . Each puppy receives veterinary care, age-appropriate vaccinations, and lots of love before joining their new families.

Q. & A. with Rebecca

  • Why did you start breeding?

In 2023 I went through cancer which changed my view on the world. I wanted to and bring joy to others and fill holes in our hearts. I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself.
  • What makes your program special?

My passion for breeding leads me to research the medical care and behavioral habits of doodles and applying that knowledge and passing it on to my buyers for a successful paring of parents to puppies.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, cream, apricot, chocolate, black, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rebecca

Rebecca has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Rebecca partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Deposits are accepted after your application/interview has been approved and are applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy. Selection Day will take place when the puppies are approximately [6–8] weeks old and have had time to develop their individual personalities. Puppies are selected in the order that deposits are received. Selection Day may be held in person or virtually. For Virtual Selection Day, families will be scheduled for a one-on-one video call where they can see the puppies interacting, ask questions, and discuss temperament, energy level, and overall fit. Videos and photos may also be provided in advance to assist with decision-making. During Selection Day (in person or virtual), families will have the opportunity to observe the puppies and ask any remaining questions. While we are happy to offer guidance based on our observations, final selections are made by the buyer in their assigned order. If a family chooses not to select a puppy from the current litter, their deposit may be transferred to a future litter or refunded at our discretion.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

We loved working with Rebecca! Pippy, our new Goldendoodle lights up our home!!! Pippy was healthy and it was obvious Rebecca had already been working with Pippy on things like riding in the car, “sit”, and move! Rebecca was so helpful and quickly answered our questions! She offered to drive all the way to our home town!

Rebecca was very responsive and literally changed my life. I was able to visit multiple pups to find my energy match (Joe who I renamed Source) and he is exactly what I’ve missed after the death of my two dogs (6 & 10 yrs ago). He is so perfect and Rebecca is always a text away to answer any transition questions. I want to make it as easy on him as possible.

From the moment we started interacting I knew Rebecca was the breeder for me. I needed a puppy to train to be my service dog in the future. I sent Rebecca the same message I had sent to countless other breeders praying her response was finally what I needed. I needed guidance, I needed help figuring out if she had a puppy that could fit my needs and help with the selection. She responded with compassion information and additional questions. That was when I knew I had finally found my breeder. After further conversation, we determined the dog I was interested in was in fact the dog for me. I was beyond pleased with the amount of documentation she provided throughout this process. It helped ease my anxiety of buying a dog online. Now that I’ve had my Kuro for a few months I can confidently say I got everything I wanted and needed in this puppy.

She was extremely helpful. Let me come meet the puppy in person so I could make sure, and delivered him to me! Made the process very easy and smooth.

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, helpful and went over and beyond. I bought Athena, a five month old goldendoodle. Athena is smart, loving, and great with kids. She's affectionate and playful. We just love her. I have recommended Rebecca to 2 friends that want a goldendoodle .
