I'm Heather F., the breeder behind Chappelle Whippets located in Redmond, OR.
Q. & A. with Heather
Why did you start breeding?
Now that we have retired from our family business, we have the time to focus once again on our dogs. 30 years ago, when we were just youngsters, we raised working dogs, primarily GSD. But as the years passed, sighthounds became our passion... and now we excited have the occasional, purpose planned litter.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and red brindle, white and fawn brindle, white and black, red brindle, fawn brindle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
