I'm Christine H., the breeder behind Chichianna's Legacy located in Pine Lakes, FL. Hi my name is Christine Harvey and I believe a breeder's responsibility extends far beyond the day a puppy goes home. That's why every breeding dog is DNA health tested every puppy is backed by a one year health guarantee all dogs I produce are welcome back for life if circumstances ever change.

Why did you start breeding?
It all began with my first Chihuahua, Chichianna. She was so special that I wanted to preserve her legacy through future generations. After many unsuccessful breeding attempts and thousands spent on stud fees, I welcomed my first sire, Fuego, who changed everything. Chichianna's Legacy was born from my love for one extraordinary little dog, and that same love continues to guide my program today.What makes your program special?
All my dogs are family and live indoors. I don't force females to carry puppies who are not willing to mate naturally they are not bred until two years of age and not above the age of four. Our dogs are with us life long and we do health testing on all of our dogs and ensure quality as well as offering 1 yr health guarantee. They are well socialized and started in potty training before going home.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black sabled fawn, chocolate sabled fawn, cream and white, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Christine partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“1750 for males with out registration 2750 for males with AKC registration 2750 for females with out AKC registration 3750 for females with AKC regristration. Deposit is going to go torwards the purchase.”

Millie is a great protector, but not yappy she is very smart and loves to run and play with other dogs but her best trait is how much she loves her puppies and humans. Millie absolutely loves to cuddle and sits up in your lap like a real teddy bear. She's a very devoted mom and has had her puppies with ease.

Dolce is a very good boy. He's never been sick before and has no mental health issues. He's a extremely friendly happy and loyal boy who loves to please his owners. He enjoys to swim in water even at the beach and has a very nice large apple head and a beautiful balayage til and coat of white brown and black.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA), Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
