Meet the breeder

I'm Chris R., the breeder behind Chris' Assorted Doodle Crosses located in Long Beach, MS. We raise home-grown F1 Poochon puppies focused on sound health, sweet temperaments, and stunning low-shedding coats. Our parents are beloved family companions raised in our home with daily socialization.

Q. & A. with Chris

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our journey began with a passion for companion breeds. After successfully raising litters with our beloved Selene and seeing the lifelong joy well-nurtured puppies bring to families, we expanded our program to F1 Poochons—blending the bright intelligence of the Poodle with the cheerful, gentle nature of the Bichon.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are whelped and raised in the heart of our home with daily handling, early socialization, and desensitization to everyday sounds. We prioritize sound genetics, low-shedding coats, and loving temperaments, sending each puppy home with full records, starter essentials, and lifetime breeder support.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and tan, black and white, cream, white, phantom, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Chris

Chris has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chris partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Once the puppies are born and their colors/markings are photographed, approved buyers select their specific puppy on a first-come basis. We assist families by sharing photos, video updates, and personality notes as the pups develop.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a specific puppy. The remaining $1,000 - $2,500 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Includes vet wellness check, first vaccinations, regular deworming, registration paperwork, sample food starter kit, 30 days of pet insurance, and a scent blanket and toys. We do not accept deposits until puppies are born and colors/genders are confirmed. Once born, a deposit reserves your specific chosen puppy and applies toward the final price.”
