Meet the breeder

I'm Sunshine G., the breeder behind Classic German Shepherds located in Crockett, TX. We breed dogs who are able to do more than just look pretty. We breed dogs who are intelligent, well rounded, and family companions. We are devoted to promoting our breeding programs and creating truly dual quality puppies that fit well into any type of home. We provide lifelong support to our puppy families and look forward to placing the perfect pup into your arms.

Q. & A. with Sunshine

  • Why did you start breeding?

When I was 18, I was given my own dog to produce a litter with. After all health testing, we moved forward and I've continued on to this day. 23 years later, I breed dogs who can do anything!
  • What makes your program special?

We work hard to produce dogs that are capable of service dog work, obedience and rally training, and are beautiful and can win in a conformation ring as well. It's more than breeding a pretty face!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
