Q. & A. with Jason & Christy
Why did you start breeding?
Our journey with Goldendoodles began over a decade ago when we brought home our very first Goldendoodle. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with their gentle temperament, playful spirit, and incredible intelligence. Friends and family were just as captivated by our dog and had so many questions about the breed, its traits, and where they could find one of their own.
This sparked a passion in us to learn everything we could about Goldendoodles, from their care and genetics to training and socialization. With guidance and mentorship from a close friend who was an experienced breeder, we quickly realized how much joy and value this breed could bring to families like ours.
Now, after more than 10 years of breeding Goldendoodles, we take pride in the reputation we’ve built for raising happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies. Each puppy we raise is a reflection of our dedication to ethical breeding practices, a deep love for this remarkable breed, and a commitment to helping families find their perfect furry companion.
For us, this is more than just breeding—it’s about creating lifelong connections between families and dogs who bring endless love and happiness into their lives.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in a loving, family-centered environment alongside our children and other animals to ensure they are well-socialized and ready to adapt to any home. From as early as three days old, we begin introducing them to specialized training programs that include Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and sound desensitization. These proven methods help our puppies develop confident, adaptable, and well-rounded personalities.
We also focus on exposing them to a variety of everyday experiences, such as different sounds, textures, and playtime activities, to foster their natural curiosity and intelligence. By the time our puppies are ready to join your family, they have been nurtured with care, love, and plenty of positive interactions, ensuring they grow up to be affectionate, loyal, and well-mannered companions.
Whether you're looking for a family pet, a therapy dog, or a lifelong furry friend, our goal is to provide you with a puppy who will bring endless joy and happiness to your home!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include petite, miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

⚡️**3 Weeks Old and Ready to Explore!**⚡️
Our little demigods are officially 3 weeks old — and guess what? They had their very first outdoor adventure! 🐾🌿
They sniffed every blade of grass, investigated mysterious sticks, and even tried to chase a leaf or two. Safe to say, they’re naturals at this whole “quest” thing.
Of course, the minute they saw Momma waiting by the door, they turned into tiny, wiggly balls of love and zoomed right back inside. 💨💛
We’re loving every second of watching their personalities grow — and trust us, these heroes are getting cuter by the day. Stay tuned for more updates from Camp Half-Bark! 🐶⚔️

Jason & Christy were wonderful! They worked with me and my location/schedule for me to pick up Luna. They were quick to respond to my many emails/text messages with questions throughout the whole process of discussing the adoption process and anxiously awaiting the pup and afterwards with little tips and how-to's for her. I'm so glad I found them through Good Dog so could get my precious fur baby.
