Planned Catahoula Leopard Dog litter
Due Aug. 2026
I'm Julia B., the breeder behind Compass Rose Catahoulas located in Clinton, MI. I want to produce healthy, adaptable, genetically sound dogs for tracking and herding work. I don't care about color and I don't breed flashy trophy dogs. My dogs aren't pets, they're working partners I can live with.

Why did you start breeding?
What makes your program special?
Where do your breeding dogs live?

Julia has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Julia partners with them to find the best puppy match.
"The goal of my breeding program is to produce working dogs that can live in your home. The puppies are going to be started on blood tracking and will be available to working homes. I may have a few puppies that will do better as sport/pet candidates and they will be matched with appropriate homes. "

"Deposits are refundable or transferrable to another litter if the right puppy isn't available."
Julia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Julia offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Julia directly.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Julia.
