I'm Rosemary R., the breeder behind Coolbear Bernese Mountain Dogs located in Golden, CO. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! While our goal is to share loving puppies with families, we are still a selective program. We only breed when we’re sure we can produce the healthiest and best example of the breed possible.

Why did you start breeding?
My love affair be an in 1989 and I began showing my original breed . American Eskimo Fogs . The purpose of showing is to breed a better dog ! This was how I began
What makes your program special?
There are many nice show dogs out there . I raise mine with lots of love and attention . That begins at age 1 day old . I keep in touch with my buyers and have repeat buyers because they trust me and like my healthy dogs . I am always there for my puppy people

Getting a puppy from Rosemary
Rosemary has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
