I'm Danielle P., the breeder behind Cricket Acres German Shepherds located in New Castle, PA. We offer well-rounded, well-temperament puppies ready to go to new homes. We take pride, time in our puppies, and love what we do. We are passionate about German Shepherds and look forward to sharing the breed with others who love them just as much as we do! Our puppies are raised indoors, hands on from the time they are born until they get to go home with new families. They get to experience a lot here, horses, ducks, Guinea, cats, rabbits ect!

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for German Shepherds to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine.What makes your program special?

Chase, he doesn’t take a bad picture. He’s working line bred. Czeck with a kick of DDR. He is personable, maybe even the best temperament available for a shepherd. A proud owner of him every single day! I don’t think there’s been a person who didn’t want to take him home after meeting him.

About Jyn (gin)
Jyn, is a imported western showline girl, with a kick of imported working line (25%). She is a pleasure to be around, to work. She’s quite the goofball that got the brains behind her. She has beautiful movement, like she’s floating everywhere. Nice size. Born and raised with us. She is stock coat, but carries for long coat. So her litters can be stock or long, depending on the sire. Her dam was beautiful.

Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
