I'm Shelby C., the breeder behind Crider’s Critters located in Marlow, OK. I offer wonderful family pets with great temperaments raised on the family farm. My goal is to raise the perfect family pets that are loyal, outgoing, happy-go-lucky, loving dogs. My breeding dogs are tested for temperament and genetic health. I am a dog trainer, so my puppies will have a great foundation to build on when they go to their new homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding after helping my friend and employer with her breeding dogs. I learned a lot from her and saw a need for family-friendly pets when my sister's daughter was bit in the face by a dog. One of my dogs helped heal the family of their fear of dogs. Now I breed to improve the family pet and help people find the perfect dog for them.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is special because of my commitment and determination to produce wonderful, well-rounded family pets. I live on a 20-acre farm. My puppies go home with a good foundation for their new families to build on. I expose them to noises, animals, adults, and children. My goal is to set my puppies and their families up for success.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Poodle puppies include parti and phantom. Bernedoodle puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“Included with your puppy are a health guarantee, the first round of vaccinations, worming, and a microchip. My deposit is nonrefundable but it can be transferred to a different litter and it can be transferred to a family member or friend as long as they are approved by me.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Our whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional and rewarding! Shelby was very communicative throughout the whole process. She provided weekly updates on our pup as well as pictures and videos. When it came time for pickup, she was very accommodating and gave us so much information to welcome our new puppy! Everything went smoothly from the beginning. I am so happy with my puppy Paisley. She’s the easiest puppy I’ve ever had. She does love the mud and rain. She goes for her first grooming Tuesday and every other week after that. She is just pure joy!

Shelby was so engaging throughout this process sending pics and updates weekly. She was also accommodating when I decided to switch puppies and even meeting us for pickup. She didn't mind at all.
