I'm sandra s., the breeder behind CS Vista Farms located in Oroville, AZ. Our family raises beautiful kind natured AKC German Shepherds, specializing in WHITE, BLACK, SILVER SABLES and BLACK & SILVERS on our 12 acre Farm. My priority is to ensure health, Social pups, GREAT TEMPERAMENTS & well-being of all my dogs from birth until they leave with their forever family :).

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with our first white German Shepherd Heidi, Truly an extraordinary dog, starting with my kids, being their guardian, following them/watching over them on our 12 acres, going swimming, hiking yet loved to chill in the house with them. did I mention her patience, her loyalty and her need to please her tiny humans/partners!! Just fell in love with all the aspects of the GS BREED

    Our puppies include plush, stock, and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include sable, black, gray, black and silver, blue, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Cs vista Farms was a very easy exchange of information. They provide a packet with very informative things for example: dos and don’ts, recommended items to buy, and information on the mother and father of my puppy Ares, and more. They replied to me very quickly when I was interested in Ares. They did offer for me to visit the farm and take a look around and how they raise the puppies. Sadly could not make it out. But they do offer to fly out puppies to their final destination. All in all cs Vista farms were great all throughout the process. Very grateful for them.

    Sandra was wonderful! She had just the perfect little baby for me and now that it’s been a few weeks, Freya has fit right into our little family.     CS Vista Farms was a life saver for not only myself but my family. I was involved in a hostage incident with an inmate at the hospital I worked at earlier this year. We all lived but the inmate passed. I was very traumatized and impulsive and gosh you name it I probably was it. My first companion was 13 years old. Easy Picken'Z was her name. She passed a 3 weeks after the hospital incident. CS Farms replied to me right away. Gosh they were on a family vacation on the other side of the US. And she replied to me... I saw Blueberry Boy. His nose was touching a young boys. It touched my heart. And I knew I needed him. CS Farms took over everything for me. She called and arranged my flight nanny. Made sure we all kept in touch by text and with pictures. I told my husband I purchased a male puppy and that I was leaving the next day to pick him up. He asked what the name would be. I said Bluey Blueberry Boy would be his name. Blueberry has helped me regain my sense of security. We completed all tasks and requirements for him to be registered as a Psychiatric Service Dog. He can go anywhere I go. He's been a joy to watch with my babies and my husband's lab Maizy. It's his first snowfall here in Montana and loves it! If she didn't answer my request I don't know where I would be at now. So thank you. Thank you for helping me find my loving silent (snoring) partner. The purple room is my office. I'm still employed with the hospital but was able to work remote until I'm confident to go back on site. But seriously.... Thank you for everything. I would definitely recommend you and come back to you in the future!
