I'm Kelly, the breeder behind Curly Girl Goldendoodles located in Lakewood, CO. We breed with thoughtfulness, experience, love and kindness to bring out the very best in our parents & puppies. The best thing about breeding this way is seeing that amazing joy our puppies bring to the families. It's like an instant flashback to when we first brought home our amazing Hazelnut.

Why did you start breeding?
When Hazel came into our lives, and her personality became known, we knew we had something special. A hypoallergenic dog with the most amazing personality. Family, friends, and even the occasional passersby would ask us about her. With my unique qualifications, planning, and meticulous searching for the perfect mate, this journey into breeding has been so much fun.
What makes your program special?
We are family first, and Hazel is our top priority (along with her puppies). Being a former specialty veterinary technician I bring a lot of unique experience, that I know is so invaluable in ways to deep to describe! Amoung other things, all puppies will get Early Neurological Stimulation, sound desensitization as well as starting early potty training and start some command training.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelly

Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $150 non-refundable deposit and -$150 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“1 yr health guarantee, a vet exam, 2 rounds of vax (DA2PP) at 6 wks & 9 wks. Deworming 3x. 5lb food starter bag. Blanket with littermate's & mama's scent. Puppy "going home" bag (w/ a few surprises). All of our puppies are the same price, and secures your place in the pick line after the personality tests have been performed at 49 days.”

About Hazel
Hazelnut (Hazel) is an F1bb, apricot with white markings, curly coat, double furnished, goldendoodle. Hazelnut (and all of her siblings) is very hypoallergenic and has been around many individuals with high level dog allergies and not caused reactions. Hazel is just about the easiest dog I've ever trained and is very eager to please. She's also mortified to get in trouble and almost never makes the same mistake twice. She's got an amazing recall, and always has. The kids enjoy training time with Hazel because she makes it fun due to her need to please. Hazel's dad was a black & white standard poodle and her mother an F1b apricot goldendoodle. Her mother and father produced 3 litters of different levels of apricot, red, cream or black. Hazel is very fit, and enjoys being very active. She loves chasing the ball and being with the kids any chance she gets. She often takes rides with me to drop off or pick up the kids at school, where she loves the attention she gets at the window. Hazel currently weighs around 53 pounds due to her runner's physique, and measures about 25 3/4" at the shoulders.
