About Bourbon
Bourbon is very gentle and well-mannered. He loves to hunt and track. He probably wishes he was born a fish as he loves to be in the lake swimming or splashing around catching water drops. He is comfortable both indoor and outdoor. His calm demeanor makes him wonderful around people and other dogs and he's great with children and puppies. Bourbon most assuredly lets us know when danger is near. He is AKC registered with all of the recommended health testing, including OFA certified hips, elbows, and thyroid panel.

Nick was very helpful to work with. I have purchased 2 puppies from CW Legacy Vizslas and I am1 thrilled with both of them. Both dogs have great temperament and are perfect within breed standards. I highly recommend this breeder.

Nick was very kind and patient with me. We wanted to make sure our Weim was ok with the puppy. We have lost 2 litter mate males this year, the weim came after them and she has been sad, cried whenever one of us left the house. Both males were 8 yo and had some genetic issues we couldn’t have predicted, but 8 good years with us and the weim. She liked the pup and we took him home. She doesn’t seem sad anymore and doesn’t cry when one of us leaves the house anymore. He’s been playing with the weim and follows her everywhere. She is very happy with her tag a long. He’s very attached to me too. A strong little sweetie, snuggles up for nap time with me or my hubby. Very vocal, even his yawns, makes me laugh. He’s very much at home with us and so glad to have him. We and the Weim are very happy with our long legged, happy puppy. Our vet gave him a clean bill of health (except his skin is still bumpy, watching and treating till clear) he got the third set of puppy shots and follow-up for fourth needed. Nick and his family really love the dogs and pups. That’s the best kind of breeder to get a puppy started. Thank you Nick and family.
