I'm Ellie H., the breeder behind Dandy Doodles located in Ocala, FL. We are a small and conscious Goldendoodle breeder in Florida focused on quality over quantity. Our puppies are family-raised in our home, focusing on excellent temperaments, health tested, crate trained, socialized, and started on basic training—ready to become loving family or service companions.
Q. & A. with Ellie
Why did you start breeding?
Some of my fondest memories from my childhood were living on our family farm. The most memorable of those memories was when my parents would bring us to the barn, even if it was in during the middle of the night, just to was the foal’s birth or when our Aussies had a litter. Now, I can provide the same beautiful memories for mine.
What makes your program special?
Our Goldendoodle puppies are family-raised in our Florida home—not kennels—with daily love, socialization, and early training. Exposed to kids, dogs, and household sounds, they grow into confident, well-mannered companions. Health-tested parents ensure happy, healthy puppies ready for loving homes.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, phantom, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
