Q. & A. with Karen
Why did you start breeding?
I grew up with animals around my entire life. When I was younger, I saw myself becoming a veterinarian. Later I changed my mind and thought I would become an equine trainer. Now I have found myself to be a breeder and trainer. While life has taken me in a few different directions, my love for animals has remained strong and constant.
What makes your program special?
Goldendoodle puppies at Deans Creek Doodles are raised in the home, amongst the business of a typical household. Other dogs are around so our puppies are also socialized with dogs. We live on a quiet street where someone is always home to take care of the puppies. Each litter is a part of our family until we find a suitable home for them.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
