I'm Brecken R., the breeder behind Deerhaven Doodles located in Asheville, NC. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! Our dogs are an integral part of our lives. We raise them as a cohesive part of our family from day one to ensure that they’ll make the best and most versatile companions to your family!

  • What makes your program special?

    We specialize in mini golden doodles with super chill personalities! Our puppies get early ENS training and follow the bad ass breeder curriculum while they are in our care. Parents are health tested and have passed their 'Good canine citizen tests'.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brecken

Brecken has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Includes one year health guarantee, Dewclaw removal, microchip, first vet visit with vaccines, and a puppy goody bag to help with their transition home. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color etc.”

Contract & health guarantee

Brecken may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Canine Good Citizen (CGC)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Animal Genetics Panel, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
