I'm Sarah D., the breeder behind Deez Bassets located in New Braunfels, TX. We’re Sarah and David Dee of Deez Bassets in New Braunfels, Texas. For over a decade we’ve loved and raised Basset Hounds. Our small, home based program focuses on healthy, well-socialized puppies raised indoors as part of our family and prepared to become loving companions.

Why did you start breeding?
Our journey into breeding started after many years of loving and raising Basset Hounds. The breed became such an important part of our lives that we wanted to responsibly continue raising these wonderful dogs. After gaining experience and learning more about the breed, we decided to start a small program focused on health, temperament, and socialization.What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is small and very hands on. All of our dogs and puppies are raised inside our home where they are treated as part of the family. From birth we focus on socialization, trust, and proper care. Each puppy is vet checked, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and sent home with a care package to help them transition into their new home.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Sarah
Sarah has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Sarah partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape.
"Puppies will be available to reserve at 3 weeks old. We carefully screen buyers and work to match each puppy with the best family to ensure a good lifelong fit."
Price
"AKC registered puppies will be genetically tested, vet checked, microchipped, and receive their first vaccinations and deworming. Each puppy goes home with a health guarantee and care package. $800 non refundable deposit required to reserve a puppy and applied toward the purchase price. Deposit refunded only if the puppy becomes unavailable due to illness or death before pickup."
