Q. & A. with Mickie
Why did you start breeding?
I love this breed! I have owned many breeds over the decades, but this breed is special! Love of the breed and participating in maintaining the breed standard while producing lovely offspring.
What makes your program special?
I breed with the improvement of the litter in mind: decreasing the COI and Mean Kinship (MK) score from those of the parents.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include yellow, sandy, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
