I'm Rose K., the breeder behind Desert Mountain Dogs located in Prescott Valley, AZ. My dogs are not only champions in the ring but in the hearts of their forever families. I am purposeful in everything that I do regarding my dogs, which includes careful selection of breeding dogs and extensive health testing. My goal is to produce healthy dogs with great temperaments that are exemplary representations of the breed.

Why did you start breeding?
I really value the connections I form with my buyers and love to continue to watch my puppies grow up through their eyes. It is my goal to help ensure the future of the Bernese Mountain Dog by responsibly breeding my exceptional dogs. I dearly love this breed and am proud to be doing my part as a Bernese Mountain Dog breeder. My dogs have brought so much happiness to me. I want to do my part to give my puppies a good life as well as spread the joy they provide with others!What makes your program special?
I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to my dogs and my policies. I am thorough in health testing and caring for my dogs, and I make sure each puppy gets the proper group and individual care that it needs to thrive. My goal is to ensure that every dog that comes from my program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role when it leaves my care.
