I'm Stephanie W., the breeder behind Designer Doodles of South GA located in Valdosta, GA. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament with a focus on conformation, athleticism and intelligence. We are dedicated to providing our families with wonderful, Family pets.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We got into breeding because we are passionate about animals, dogs in particular. Our program stands out because of the way we raise our puppies and the care we give the parent dogs. We make sure each dog is raised as a top priority with love, structure, training, quality food, vitamins.

  • What makes your program special?

    We start ENS at 3 days old, remove dewclaws, file & trim nails early on and slightly groom early on to get them used to that process. We start crate training and potty training to set them up for success as well. Our dogs will go home up to date on shots, dewormed at 2,4,6,8+ weeks depending on how long they stay in our home.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies are toy size. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Aussiedoodle puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Stephanie

Stephanie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes our health guarantee, AKC registration for our poodles, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. The deposit is non-refundable however can be moved over to a different puppy or litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     My experience with Designer Doodles has been amazing! I picked out one of the male mini-ausies by the pictures and names. When I went to see the puppies and explained to Stephanie my needs and the needs of my 7 year old Border Collie rescue, she recommended a different pup. Charlie has been the absolute perfect match for me and my Border Collie. We are now the perfect "family." Charlie has brought love and laughter to our home. He is a quick learner. He watches his big sister and follows what she models. He is very in tune with me and waits on me for the cues to do what is expected. Designer Doodles did a fantastic job of preparing him for entering our home and quickly acclimating to our busy life. They have prepared Charlie very well for his new life.     Stephanie is amazing. She drove all the way up to Pennsylvania to deliver our sweet Chloe girl. Her temperament is soo chill I had to make sure with Stephanie that it’s the normal temperament.     I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Stephanie and her mom, Lisa. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive—providing every bit of information and paperwork I asked for without hesitation. It’s clear how much they truly care about their dogs and each litter they raise. They went above and beyond by starting training before adoption, which made a world of difference. My little girl, Bucatini (formerly Bentley-Bleu), came home already crate trained, potty trained, and even beginning to learn leash walking and basic commands!     Stephanie and her mom were a pleasure to work with every step of the way! They were kind enough to let me drive up to Valdosta from Jacksonville to see where the puppies were raised, meet the puppies' parents, and ask all of the questions I needed to before making a deposit on Chase. (This was a week after the hurricane, too. They still didn't even have electricity, but never hinted that I was an imposition.) They are knowledgable about the breed and you can tell that they love each puppy in the litter by how well they learn their personalities, train them, and offer affection. When I arrived the following week to pick Chase up they had a gift package for me, some food to go, all of the paperwork I needed, and Stephanie even clipped Chase's nails before we left. By special request, they also gave me a blanket that had the litter's scent on it to help comfort Chase as he acclimated to his new home. Chase is 6 months old now and still the joy of our household! He potty trained easily, was curious about everything, out-smarts his "cognitive training" toys within minutes, entertains himself (but loves to play with us), and treasures his outdoor exploration time. I've been ill for a month and he sensed it right away, comforting me with his snuggles. He's just now at the age when dogs become protective, so we're learning together when it's ok to bark when someone approaches our house or something is different outside (a full trash bag of yard debris, for example...ha-ha)! If you're looking for a Mini Goldendoodle, you can't go wrong with Designer Doodles of South Ga! Get ready to laugh, find energy you forgot you had, cuddle, and be loved unconditionally!
