Q. & A. with Marianne

  • Why did you start breeding?

Initially, it was our children, especially Hailey, who had a strong desire to breed dogs. As a family, we carefully considered it and decided if we were going to do this, we were going to do it right. We learned from books, the internet, breeders, and even vets. We thought we’d love it, but we had no idea just how much! It’s been such a blessing to see the joy our puppies bring their families!
  • What makes your program special?

We carefully nurture, train, and raise puppies to be lifelong family members destined for your loving home. They are well-socialized with people of all ages and our other dogs. We live on a 1/2 acre with a fenced yard, ideal for training and raising puppies. They receive countless hours of attention, love, and training throughout our home.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Poodle puppies include toy, miniature, and moyen sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies include chocolate, red, cream, blenheim, and apricot. Poodle puppies include apricot, cream, red, and parti. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

We recently brought home our Cavipoo puppy that we got from Marianne at Destination Doodles. This was such a good experience for us. Marianne was great to work with. She is so knowledgeable and helped us be prepared to know what to do and how to be prepared to bring our puppy home. I loved that she would send us pictures, videos, and updates about our puppy every few days. We named our puppy Roxie and she is healthy, happy, full of energy and about the sweetest thing ever. When we received her she came with instructions on how to care for her and a few things we needed to get her started on the right track. We couldn’t be happier with our experience of finding a puppy with Marianne. We are in love. 💜💜💜

Marianne was amazing to work with from start to finish!! She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and provided a wealth of knowledge to help us successfully welcome our new puppy into our home. From the moment we connected, Marianne kept us updated with photos, videos, and regular communication until we were able to bring our little girl home. She was always available by text, phone, or video call, which made us feel connected to our puppy and confident in the process. Marianne took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped match us with a puppy whose personality would be a great fit for our family. Her experience and insight were invaluable, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making the right match for both the puppy and the family! She also provided helpful guidance on training, recommended supplies, and tips for preparing our home. The training and socialization she does with the puppies before they go to their forever homes really stood out and made the transition much smoother. Even when I accidentally miscommunicated our pickup plans, Marianne was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly for both us and our puppy. Her passion for what she does shines through in every interaction, and it's obvious that her puppies are loved, well cared for, and given the best possible start in life! Although we've had dogs before, this was our first experience working with a breeder, and Marianne made it an overwhelmingly positive one!! We've already recommended her to several friends and family members, and we're even talking about adding another puppy from Marianne to our family in the future. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Marianne to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated breeder! Thank you Marianne, Laney is such a blessing to our family!!

I started researching puppies back in February and for personal reasons I knew we couldn’t get a puppy till August. I had looked at several puppy websites and o found some of them did not let you meet or talk to the breeder this was a red flag for me, I then found the website Good Dog. This was a game changer. I was able to speak to all the breeders. When I started to talk to Marianne from Destination Doodles there was an immediate connect her response time to my text was absolutely amazing. She seemed to always have time for never felt rushed even though I had not committed to purchase a puppy from her. After several conversations and she knew what I was looking for she was honest and told me she at the time did not have the exact pup but she said she had a litter of F1Bb Cavapoos and sent me a picture of one and told me he had everything I wanted except she said he probably going to be a curly coat not a straight cost what I really was hoping for but he was adorable we fell in love. Again I never felt any kind of pressure from Marianne she was responsive and very knowledgeable. We had our puppy flown in by a flight nanny and it was the most awesome experience. I would highly recommend Marianne and Destination Doodles I give them an A++

Working with Marianne at Destination Doodles has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Her communication is exceptional—she's prompt, thorough, and keeps you updated every step of the way with photos, videos, and updates on your puppy. What stood out most was how willing she was to go above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. When I picked up Daisy, she sent us home with everything we needed to help with the transition, including pee pads, toys, blankets, food, and detailed paperwork. It's clear how much Marianne genuinely cares about her puppies and the families they go home to. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made this such a positive experience. I cannot recommend Marianne and Destination Doodles enough to anyone looking for a well-loved, well-socialized puppy from a breeder who truly cares.
