Meet the breeder

I'm James D., the breeder behind Dollhouse Pomskies located in Salem, OR. We select our Pomsky parents for their health, temperaments, and structure. we specialize in toy and mini size puppies, with occasional standard puppies.

Q. & A. with James

  • Why did you start breeding?

My daughter was interested in the breed, and at the same time I was looking for a dog that would be a good candidate for scent training. We like that they are a smaller breed, and do not come with many of the health issues that seem to plague small breeds.
  • What makes your program special?

We are not breeding for volume or to perfect a certain color or look. We are interested in producing Pomskies that are highly trainable, easy to live with, and are healthy.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include toy and mini sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include gray and white, silver, lavender, black and white, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
