I'm Donna P., the breeder behind Donpanaire Airedales located in Waco, NE. At Donpanaire Airedales are not just show dogs, they are family. Raised in our home, our house and yard are theirs. With mentorship of Airedale experts, bloodlines, temperment and health are important in raising a well rounded Airedale. We got our 1st Airedale in 1998, and started showing in 2016.

Why did you start breeding?
Having grown up on a working cattle farm and showing horses, quality bloodlines were always important. So when I started showing my first boy Charlie Bleu with much success, I searched out a reputable breeder for a female, my foundation bitch, Mila. Now I am on my 3rd generation of beautiful Airedales bred to the AKC standard in type, temperament, and health.What makes your program special?
Working with a mentor that has been highly respected in the breed for over 40 years, I gained a wealth of knowledge of the breed and bloodlines with health and temperament. Our dogs are show to CH and GCH titles before breeding. And pups are raised in my home with all our pack, we don't have kennel runs, we have a home and a huge yard!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
