I'm Eve T., the breeder behind Dyberry Creek Farm located in Honesdale, PA. We are not "your typical dog breeder". We fell in love with Entlebuchers and decided to do our part to support this amazing breed.
Q. & A. with Eve
Why did you start breeding?
We are an Entlebucher family! Our love of Entlebuchers began 20 years ago with our first Entle, Ike. His fantastic temperament and handsome looks won hearts for his whole 15-year-long life. In service of this amazing breed, we have committed to breed and raise similarly phenomenal, healthy dogs, with an emphasis on dogs who have been raised to be fabulous, go-anywhere do-anything family members.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs have passed all breed health screenings and are CHIC-certified with the OFA. We are Platinum members of Avidog. Prior to adoption, our puppies get all age-appropriate health checks and vaccinations, are microchipped, and are thoroughly socialized and stimulated to make the transition as ideal as possible. We place carefully. Our commitment to our dogs and their new families is lifelong.

About Jai
Jai is a beautiful dog, athletic and well proportioned, with a pretty head, perfect markings, and dark eyes. Her temperament is absolutely stellar. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, nurturing, and kind - the dog who will immediately come say hello to friends or strangers and will greet you with wags and kisses every single time you enter the room. She has a puppy spirit about her, playful, funny, mischievous. She is every dog's best friend, easy to play with, vigorous but not aggressive. She's a super athlete but easygoing, not obsessive. She was our keeper from our first litter, and we said if we only ever breed dogs just like her, we will have achieved all our breeding goals.

Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
OFA/CHIC DNA Repository, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
